Morning Message

Good Morning Mill Pond Students, You have done a tremendous job transitioning to new learning!  Report cards are available on the Parent Portal.  If you have any questions about grades, please reach out to your teachers. On Monday, we are opening up access for student email.  I will be sending a parent communication later today.  Additionally, on Monday, I will share a few videos that will help you with your email.  Mr. Wyman created a great tutorial for you!  Students are expected to follow our Student Handbook and Technology agreement.  Student email is used for school purposes only. Tomorrow we are supposed to have nice weather!  I hope you are able to go outside and enjoy the sunshine.  Today is a great day to read a book, complete a puzzle, or play a board game with your family. I hope you all have a wonderful weekend! Always choose kind, Mrs. Niemiec

I can’t wait to see all of our students showing their support for Autism Awareness. It is great to see the sun shining today. I hope you are able to get some fresh air with your family. It is also a great time to read a great book. You will see I have attached a video. This video is a read-aloud of the book, Rosie Revere, Engineer. I hope you enjoy this book as much as I do! You will notice that we are going to have a spirit week next week. Please take a look at the spirit week flyer and participant when you can. You can share your pictures with your teacher. Your teachers have been sharing all the great work you have been submitting. Some of your teachers have started to use Google Hangouts with you. Good Morning Mill Pond! We are journeying into our third week of virtual learning.  I cannot express how much all of us at Mill Pond miss you!  We miss seeing your smiles in the hallway, your excitement in the classroom, and your eagerness to share one more idea!  I know you are all working hard and trying to balance staying on a routine, completing your work, and adjusting to your "new normal."  Please be sure to check this page for updates.  Today, you will see a video posted.  It is Mr. Miller reciting the Pledge of Allegiance with his two sons.  I encourage you to continue saying the Pledge of Allegiance as it will be the start of your morning routine.  Additionally, on this page, you will find video updates that we are calling "Mindful Minutes."  You will see familiar faces in these videos!   Quote of the Day: "We can't help everyone, but everyone can help someone." ~Ronald Reagan I was so impressed to see so many of your responses t
